We Left Our Hearts in Yogyakarta

I remember…The way you glanced at me, yes I remember
I remember…When we caught a shooting star, yes I remember
I remember.. All the things that we shared, and the promise we made, just you and I
I remember.. All the laughter we shared, all the wishes we made, upon the roof at dawn

My friend, with his straight face, telling me that I’m going to cry in my last day in Yogyakarta, in F9.

Alde gave me an acrylic keychain he bought in Karimun Jawa at July a few hours ago, in heart form. But of course, it was just because he can’t find the square one.

My first ring friends busy to make me promised them, that marrying someone wasnt the reason I move.

While my other friends busy asking my first ring friends, to confirm whether I’m going to married.

My F9 friends busy trying to sabotage my attempt in packing up the stuff.

My extend family busy in their excitement, thrilled with the idea their long lost girl will come home soon.

My hometown girls busy counting the day when I arrived, so we can hanging out,  buy some local dishes or enjoy a glass of Chocolate Grande.

So, it’s a goodbye.

The last post, me as YK resident.

But it’s okay.

I could always come back to this city.. As a tourist.
